Christmas at this hotel was a good experience! The room was clean and cozy, perfect for a festive getaway. The location was key, being close to main attractions and transportation hubs. Plus, the sauna was a wonderful bonus, providing some much-needed relaxation during the holidays.

To note. some of the staff lacked professionalism, which put a damper on the overall experience.

We had a disappointing and poor stay at Hyperion Hotel. Upon a late check-in, we were given a smelly room. After complaining, we were upgraded to another room, which unfortunately was cold. There was no written information in the room on how to operate the heating or other equipment. It took over 5 minutes for the water to reach an acceptable temperature. The bathroom easily turned into a swimming pool as there was no door in the shower. The Nespresso coffee machine provided had a cord that couldn't reach any power outlet. We had to put it on the floor to make coffee. We decided not to test the expensive breakfast. At check out, the receptionist was unable to properly address our feedback. Although the mattress was good, there is a lot of room for improvement. I cannot recommend this hotel.

This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that make for an exceptional stay. the services provided by the Spa & wellness center, including the Sauna and Jacuzzi, allow for the ultimate relaxation experience. the room advantages are evident, with top, notch private facilities, In, room breakfast. the Bar/Lounge area radiates sophistication and provides a perfect spot to unwind.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff at reception were nice and helpful. Our room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The hotel also had a gym, which we used twice. The highlight for us was the rooftop bar on the 11th floor. It had a great atmosphere and the staff there were hardworking and friendly. The view from the bar was fine. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was about a 10-minute walk to the central station and very close to the U-Bahn Steinstraße station. This made it convenient for exploring the city and getting around.

The rooms are spacious and have floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a beautiful view of the surroundings. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area with not much to do nearby, especially at night.

The hotel was not close enough for shopping or dining options nearby, requiring a 20-minute walk to the center. The road to the center was not in good condition, especially at night, which made one feel a bit unsafe.
